The Trace 2K device is designed for heavy fleet applications featuring high-accuracy tracking device and waterproof at IP66 rating making it suitable for harsh weather and environments.

It is equipped with Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) which supports both GPS and GLONASS and CDMA GSM modem that provides accurate reporting and faster connectivity and instant notification. Through these systems, the user can have notifications sent quickly to cloud server or mobile device.

Optional expansions include supporting both WiFi and wireless 2.4 GHz Zigbee. Additionally, the device has RFID to allow for secure driver access; and an external ignition relay to permit the manager to remotely disable the vehicle at any time.

As with all of the FMS Tech. products, this device can be customized easily according to the application’s specific needs and requirements.
