Responsibilities:

  • Have a good product knowledge.
  • Achieve quarterly sales quota.
  • Attend industry events and network.
  • Maintain excellent relationship with New/Existing customers.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations according to each client needs.
  • Conduct daily sales and follow up.
  • Conduct Software Demonstration Training.
  • Conduct a minimum number of daily sales meetings that is agreed on.
  • Use CRM to report on daily basis the sales activities conducted during the day.
  • Report to the Sales Manager on a weekly basis the activities conducted during the week.

 

Required Qualifications and Skills:

 

  • Bachelor of Commerce (Marketing/Management information systems) or Arts.
  • 1-2 year experience in IT/Electronic Sales preferably.
  • Ability to work well both with a group and independently.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills with excellent level of English and Arabic language.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales quota.
  • Knowledge of sales and new technologies in a solution centric approach.
  • Versatile, hands-on, proactive, organized, team player, self-starter and analytic.
  • Understanding and proficiency in tools like Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Out of the box thinking mindset; is willing to learn and work in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong technical and presentation skills.
  • Light Vehicle UAE driving license.
  • Familiar with local business figures and oil and gas companies is a plus factor.

Pre-sales engineers collaborate with the Sales Team by acting as technical experts in customer presentations. ... Respond to requests for information or requests for proposals from customers, supplying the technical details of proposed solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Possess demonstrable skills in customer-centric selling and a proven track record using it to help drive revenue
  • Work independently and as a vital member of a sales team.
  • Work with the sales team to strategize on sales approaches.
  • Ensure successful product evaluations.
  • Plan, manage and execute customer product pilots.
  • Be a TEAM player.
  • Provide exemplary Pre-Sales technical expertise through technical and product presentations, product demonstrations, pilot implementations, consistent communication, and on-going technical consultation.
  • Provide technical escalation management within accounts.
  • Take ownership of the prime technical Pre-Sales relationship with our customers to drive satisfaction by proactively managing and delivering technical information both onsite, online, and via telephone.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related discipline.
  • 4 years of directly related technical experience including installing, designing, managing, administering and supporting an enterprise network.
  • Prior Experience working with System Integration Teams.
  • High-energy, self-motivated individual with outstanding professional, sales, and technical capabilities.
  • Comfortable contributing at all levels within targeted accounts.
  • Previous experience required in Information Technology with emphasis on managing a distributed environment supporting disparate systems and/or providing Pre-Sales support in an equivalent environment.
  • Previous Sales/Systems Engineering experience is preferred.
  • Good communication skills, both English & Arabic
